Artist & Founder of Stargazer Studio

Born and raised in Miami, Jolie Duenas is a contemporary artist whose vibrant, maximalist paintings celebrate color, pattern, and the joy of everyday life.

Drawing inspiration from her Cuban heritage, tropical surroundings, and Miami’s pastel Art Deco architecture, she transforms familiar subjects into bold, graphic compositions that balance nostalgia with a distinctly modern sensibility.

Her work is expressive, playful, and designed to evoke happiness. As one collector simply put it, Jolie “creates happy.”

Through Stargazer Studio, her creative practice extends beyond the canvas into hand-painted vessels and decorative art objects, exploring the intersection of fine art and design.

Her paintings have been exhibited at Context, Art Palm Beach, and are held in private collections throughout the United States and internationally.
